Felipe Brunieri
Founding Partner
Felipe Brunieri is a Finance headhunter since 2010, having acted in International and Brazilian Executive Search consulting firms until he founded Assetz in 2019. He has a solid experience in conducting recruitment and selective processes of high complexity in all the financial systems and subsystems, serving companies from the most varied sizes and sectors of the economy and being able to understand the necessities and to adapt himself to the demands and particularities of each one of them.
Brunieri has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of São Paulo and is post graduated in Business Management from Dom Cabral Foundation, having completed an academic exchange at University of Zaragoza (Spain) during his graduation. In 2006, he started his career in external audit at Deloitte, where he has worked for 4 years, reviewing Financial Statements and internal controls of different companies until he migrated to the executive search market.
Guilherme Malfi
Founding Partner
Guilherme Federico Malfi acts as headhunter since 2010, having specialized in recruiting Finance professionals, working for Brazilian and International consulting firms until he founded Assetz in 2019. Serving companies from the most varied sectors, nationalities and sizes, he is able to adapt himself to the necessities of each one of them and has been conducting highly complex projects from all the financial disciplines, always acting in a consulting and close approach.
Malfi is graduated in Accounting from Trevisan Business School. In 2005, he started his career in External Audit at Deloitte, where, for more than 3 years, he reviewed Financial Statements and internal controls of several companies. Malfi has also worked for 2 years in the Treasury area at a financial institution until he became an executive search consultant.
Guilherme Kalil
Senior Associate
Guilherme Kalil holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo and began his career in Financial Planning and Project Management at the Grupo Netshoes where he also worked on Zero-Based Budgeting and M&A projects. After working in the Human Resources department at Magazine Luiza, he has dedicated the last two years of his career to the Executive Search market for different Finance disciplines and Banking, working with national and multinational companies and financial institutions of different sizes and consolidating himself as a specialist in the area.
João Ferreira
Engagement Manager
Graduated in Industrial Engineering, João Ferreira began his career in the Executive Search market in 2017 at a multinational consultancy. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in project management and development in the Finance, Human Resources, and Legal areas for clients across various sectors and sizes throughout Brazil. In his most recent role as a partner at an Executive Search consultancy, he was responsible for developing a business unit and structuring his entire team. Today, at Assetz Expert Recruitment, he works as an Engagement Manager and Finance & Tax headhunter, overseeing operations in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and the Midwest region.
Mariana Lazzarini

Mariana Lazzarini holds a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the University of São Paulo and has over 10 years of extensive experience in audit and accounting consulting, particularly at Deloitte. Throughout her career, she has worked on projects with companies of various types, allowing her to develop a broad perspective on the Finance field. The strength of her professional trajectory enables her to have a deep understanding of matters related to accounting, taxes, compliance, and strategy.
